The times have changed. I remember an entirely different world when I was a New York actor just thirty odd years ago. Certain aspects of change have been so slow as to hardly be perceptible. Yet other transitions of events and happenings have been so rapid that it has often been difficult to keep abreast of them. Change has altered labor relations, the standard of living for many, and the social mores. Change has broadened the horizons of some and narrowed the horizons of others. Be that as it may, it is not a call for defeatism. Fortitude, application, and confidence in one self is the key.
